| Description | Hi Kerwin Issues that sometimes hear too little volume level are being reported in the field. However, the VoC logs obtained did not have much information. However, audio related issues were observed during testing at home. ( v15.534.28 ) In certain cases, the volume level suddenly became smaller. and Sometimes, it was observed that the audio volume level did not increase. The log attached here is a log that does not increase the actual sound even if I press the volume up of the RCU. (The volume level bar of the UI was increasing normally.) But this issue has not been reproduced anymore after rebooting. First of all, please check if there are any clues in the log. Hi YK, BTV volume controls are handled by MW and UI. From log you attached, I see there is a 'mute' key. Then SPTEK pass 'index 0' to 'setStreamVolumeIndex' in Frameworks. Hi Kerwin This issue has been reported. https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BFXBTF-489 STREAM_MUSIC device was set to speaker instead of hdmi. When/How can this be set to "device = speaker"?
